You've heard this definition of insanity:  Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.   Are you in a slump, continuing to do the same thing over and over again, expecting that maybe tomorrow your luck will change?  Maybe it's time to try something a little different. I hope you have been collecting your retailers' email addresses.  It's time to try a simple email blast to your retailers!  One effective rep that I talk with on a regular basis sends out monthly emails to her retailers highlighting her line package's monthly specials, or new lines.  She suggests best sellers and EVERY month she gets a minimum of 10 orders from her informative blast!  That's a pretty good response rate for no gasoline used!  Have you recently tried something different that other reps could find useful?  Please share your idea with me and I'll pass it on!

Are you poised and ready for your upcoming show?  Do you know which lines will have tempting show specials?  Do you know what's new and can ship immediately?  What lines have seasonal product?  Are you prepared with what your top customers are looking for at your show?  Being focused is being prepared...  Your retailers will be wonderfully impressed with your organization and you will gain their respect.
